Santa’s chair was the star of the show, a magical spot where holiday wishes came to life.

Our friendly staff greeted everyone with warmth, ensuring that everything ran smoothly so that families could meet Santa and enjoy some fun crafts. The relaxed atmosphere encouraged everyone to unwind and soak up the holiday magic together.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the selfies with Santa. We embraced a casual and fun vibe, allowing families to use their own phones to snap candid shots, creating instant personal keepsakes.

• Seasonal Treats: Guests enjoyed pastries, hot chocolate bar, and other festive snacks that added to the cozy vibe.

Tips for Hosting a Successful Selfies with Santa Event

If you’re considering hosting a similar event, here are some helpful tips based on our experience:

• Create a Comfortable Setting: From setting up our main 10 ft tree to hanging fresh garland in the windows, we dedicate our time to bringing the space to life - including fresh wreaths from our friends at Select Growers.

• Encourage Photos: Allow guests to use their own devices for selfies to keep things relaxed and inviting. The best part is you get to bring your kids and watch them spend quality one-on-one time with Santa himself and snap a photo or two of the pure excitement on their faces.

• Offer Multiple Activities: Include crafts, stories, or treats to engage guests of all ages. Our hot cocoa bar is a huge hit. Be sure to get all the best toppings! Ours included mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, fresh whipped cream, and of course, rainbow sprinkles!

• Plan for Flow: Organize the space and schedule to avoid long waits and keep guests happy. We had three different time slots that each lasted 1 hour for families to enjoy the space.
