Chef Benjamin James, a central FL native, was classically trained at Orlando Culinary School of the Arts in the Le Cordon Bleu program. He has over 20 years of experience, and catering for such groups as the Republican National Convention,  presidential candidates including Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, Disaster Relief Service for First Responders, Microsoft, and numerous local patrons here in the Central FL area. A dedicated family-first father of two and devoted husband, if not in the kitchen he can be found gardening, hiking, or at the local dog park.
