For seated dinners, we recommend up to 100 guests, and for cocktail-style receptions, up to 150 guests.

We welcome outside vendors for photography, florals, entertainment, and decor as long as they meet our venue requirements and carry the necessary insurance. We are happy to provide a list of trusted vendors if you would like recommendations.
Yes! Our in-house culinary team with BakeChop Events creates chef-driven menus tailored to your event, along with custom bar packages. From buffets to plated dinners, we’ll design a food and beverage experience that matches your vision.
We do not have a designated parking lot for our building, but there are four public lots nearby as well as street parking throughout downtown. Parking is free after 5 pm and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, making it convenient for your guests.
Yes, a signed contract and $500 deposit are required to secure your date. Final payment schedules will be outlined in your rental agreement. Ask your planner about our interest-free payment plans!
The latest an event may end is 12:00 AM, with breakdown completed by 1:00 AM.
